· The organisers will finalise the arrangements by 30 April 2004.

· Competitors will be required to finalise their programme by 1 June 2004.

· The organisers will not accept the application form unless the following sections have been completed.

Declaration by the Competitor:

I confirm that I accept the following conditions:

* I am a pupil/student at one of the following establishments – a secondary school in Gwynedd, Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor or Coleg Menai (Bangor site)

* The organisers retain the right to record the competition (possibly for broadcast) without offering any financial payment to myself.

* The organisers will not be responsible for any costs involved with my application or my performance (with the exception of arranging an accompanist if required)

* Any vocal performances will be in Welsh

* The opinions and decision of the Adjudication Panel will be final, and there will be no process of appeal.
